ShareGates provides tools for creators to sell download access to files in storage they control. You are responsible for the content you share and compliance with applicable laws.
Payments are processed through your own Stripe and/or PayPal accounts (BYOK). ShareGates is not a payment processor and does not hold buyer funds.
You may not use ShareGates for illegal content, malware, copyright infringement, or abuse of third-party APIs.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
